On August 14, I thought them flavorless, maybe they were eaten too close from coming out of the oven. When cooled I packed them away in a freezer bag and into the freezer. This weekend I removed them from freezer and when the muffins returned to room temp, I tried them again. Wow, they had the most delicious and delicate flavor. Sorry I misjudged them earlier and will definitely make them again.
Nothing better to wake up to than blueberry muffins!
